Why do so many people think they can Prestige Claire Redfield?

Did a YouTuber claim this? Or a Gaming Website?

I really want to know why it's so prevalent a belief and claim.


Added for clarity: People believe they can get blood soaked versions of Claire Redfield via Prestige.

Her bloody outfit is well made, unlike some of the others. I brought up to P3 since it was the best outfit for her. No streamers, no belief, no claim.... my choice.

They probably think that Claire is her own character once you unlock her & don't realize that she's nothing but a skin for Jill

Please explain. Are you claiming you got a Blood Soaked Version of Claire Redfield? Or are you talking about Jill Valentine's P3 and confusing her for Claire Redflied?

Because currently many people claim they are going for Claire Redfield's full prestige which to the best of my knowledge does not exist. As Claire Redfield is currently just a Cosmetic you can wear on Jill Valentine.

Apologies, I meant Jill. Claire is a nice skin, but there is no effect from the P3.

I agree Jill's default is amazing and I'm sure her full prestige is awesome.

They think she is a stand alone character, not just a cosmetic, or they think that she is the survivor, and Jill is a skin for her, for some reason even though the trailer and pretty much everything else only shows Jill
