I had some errors and I wanna solve them

When i'll explain this as short as I can but there are many problems.

First when I'm playing alone nothing goes wrong until the end of the match i click "continue" but instead of returning me to the Survivor/Killer selector it returns me to the main menu (only 40% of the times) and a error shows up saying something like host conection lost, sometimes this error changes my daily rituals, often it delete my objects obtained in bloodweb and leveling me down 1 level but not giving me back my bloodpoints that errors only happens the 40% of the times but EVERYTIME I get at least 1 of them and i dont know why.

Second: Even with those errors i can play but i tried to do a streaming on facebook last week and everithing was going well until it started to go bad, i got a lot of lag (i dont have bad conection, and my pc is overpowered so...) and when the match ends i checked my stream and the game decided that was a good idea to crash in my face (with no real reason 'cause this game does not crash me a lot) then i saw the internet status and the game disconects me from internet and stopped my stream and i was like: WTF dude whats happening with this game?.
Anyway I tried to disable the "game mode" of win10 because somebody told me that may work but i havent tried to stream again and that's because what happened just today

Third: I was on a discord call 'cause we all wanted to train in a private match. Everything was good for a time but the the game disconects me from the group in the game and that was because the game also turned off my router, internet and obviously my audio in the call. I tried again but the problems was so annoying, Imagine:
You are in a match with friends the game disconects you and you lose then your friends aren't talking, you go to check why, and found yourself that the game doesn't want you have friends and disconects you. When i play as a killer with the boys is even worse, the game kicks me off the match turning off my conection (this ♥♥♥♥ only happened that moment of the day when i played with them).
I'm so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ frustated.

Second and Third problems only happens in their conditions (streaming and Discord call respectively)

When i'm alone the only thing that happens and i want to stop is the game leaving me in main menu with the "disconection from host" or something like that.
I can barely play with that (the game just delete my bloodpoints but i dont care a lot) but the i can't stream 'cause the game turn off my conection and ♥♥♥♥♥ my OBS conection
Then i was just going to play with friends but the game doesn't want me to have friends

I'm actually re-downloading the game to check if a full reset solves it but this will be a little slow 'cause of the conection here.
Any ideas i could try to fix at least 1 of these problems??? If you want to i could give you a log (just ask me which one)
Once when i streamed the last week the game did something even weird the graphics of my pc blow up and I had to restart the PC but that only happens few times in this pc.
My pc use an AMD chip and graphics card (I think this is useless info, but you can use it).

What are the full specs of your PC? What is the brand and wattage of your PC's power supply?

Do you have any anti-virus or firewall software running?

Mobo: X570 Phantom Gaming Asrock
Graphics: rx5700xt
Chip: R7 3700X
SSD M.2 500gb
7200rpm 1tb hdd
16GB (8x2) 3000mhz ram
That's the important hardware and the firewall I dont know how to configure it perfectly how do you have it?
anti virus is the AVG (should I uninstall it?

Is your PSU at 600w or above?

You don't need to uninstall AVG as it is possible to add either Steam or Dead By Daylight's folder to an exception list (start at 1:29):

I have it already in exception, and the psu is 850w EVGA but thanks i'll re-add it to a exception when the installation finish.
