Tome V cosmetics, when?

Totally random, but I'm dying to get some of the cosmetics of this tome in the store, because at the time tome V was activate I coudn't play much due to work.
I've been said that some cosmetics of previous tomes eventually come to the store, but anyone has an idea of when (how many months after)?
I believe only the free ones but it's fine

Devs said that rift skins will be in shop 6 months after rift ends
Meanwhile skins from 1st rift were added into the shop over a year later (and we still haven't got all of them, re-colors are re-colors but some of them aren't that bad)
