But besides that, on the Killer side, I think it's a fair enough trade off. A blocked gen cannot be worked on, but they cannot regress either. Survivors can waste their time waiting for it to wear off if they want, but that can leave them vulnerable or give the killer enough time to apply more pressure by injuring, downing, hooking, or even getting a kill.

Second, I think that would be too strong If Deadlocked would be paired with Ruin. Ruin + Undying is already meta and Deadlocked synergises with It very well.
But that is something I would have to see in game for myself since I could be overestimating how strong It would be.
A regressing generator that is blocked then later unblocked should continue regressing after block.
If it continued regressing I’d feel like it’d be too strong and or annoying to deal with, and would be a nerf to repressed allience.
