Dev planning to remove 'STRANGER THINGS' achievement ?

i heard that can't buy 'STRANGER THINGS DLC(=ST)' after November 17, 2021
and sorry for my poor english, it's not my first language.
now i wonder about 'Steam Achievement'
in future, remove ST achievement ? or don't remove ST achievement ?
if don't remove, i'll buy ST DLC. cuz never get Achievement after November 17, 2021
if remove, i'll don't buy it.

oh, hmmmm, that's mean 〈 Adept Demogorgon, Adept Nancy, Adept Steve, Savage Takedown 〉 achievement replace other achievement ?

I think you are confusing this with their changing of the perk names and icons and not the achievements, as that is what has been confirmed. Achievements unique to a specific map and various characters that will soon be unavailable for purchase cannot be redone as they have nothing to pass it on to.

In response to the OP, my assumption is that the people who own the DLC will keep the achievements or can at least unlock the character-linked ones if they haven't done so already. For those who don't have the DLC by the time the license has expired, they may no longer be able to unlock them.

I think achievements will still be here, only thing getting removed are
DLC (you'll no longer be able to buy it)
You'll no longer be able to play Hawkins Lab
You'll no longer be able to buy cosmetics for those characters/killer
You'll keep all your characters/cosmetics you currently have with the DLC characters/killer

They'll be changing them to be generic achievements that have nothing to do with the map or characters. Something all players can obtain. Just as they'll be changing the perks to not be bound to the characters, and likely show up in all bloodwebs without needing to learn teachable.

The achievement will be made generic so they're not specifically tied to Stranger Things and if you already have the current ones, they'll be automatically unlocked for you.
