what does that do? Making it easier to see survivors in the dark clearly? Lolll. This is irritating but it's sad. This game is not that hard to play as killers, only hard against a preteam. This reminds me of Rust back then. God it was awful hiding perfectly in the dark in a bush and got arrow headshotted at night because someone was tweeking their settings.

First of all, he is playing competitive DBD. So of course he will use every advantage he can get. He won with his team BOTB. So ofc you always play stretched. Also it is his way to play the game and if you are mad about it then don't cry in steam discussion. You are nothing compared to him. Also strechted is not forbidden because people acutally play on 1080x1080 monitors. Imagine banning people because they have a monitor that is not the standard...

Also... ah yeah, let me get any advantage i can get by modifying the game config file because the legit game doesn't allow me to do that (maybe because it's a balancing decision... but i guess only "crybaby" think this way, and since i'm a masculine true alpha man this is not my case). Man nobody here is crying, the thing is that if you have to modify the game config file it means this isn't a legit game feature, and because of that you should get banned. It's a well known unfair advantage and stretched res needs to stop

I actually have no problems with people doing whatever they can to win except cheating that violates anticheat rules. But that asdf guy is funny indeed...He called others little crying kid but look at that post...xDD.

It's not bannable to use stretched res sadly. All devs have said on the matter is it may become bannable offense in the future, but i think it's been 2-3 years since then. They've tried to prevent it few times with some fairly light methods, but it has never lasted. I seriously doubt it will ever get fixed.

nah unreal engine 4 games can't really prevent the modification of the settings file, even if they set it to "read only" you can change that and modify it
