Flashlights blind duration

Someone knows the number? How long the killer stay blinded with and without Add-ons, unfortunately i can't test myself :/

Gonna give a look, also after they removed insta-blind they didin't change how the Add-ons works?

Killers also can unlock Hillbilly's Teachable Perk Lightborn, which increases recovery speed from the blinded status by 50 %, and the flashlight resistance by 60 % at third level.
The flashlight increases by 20 % every level of this Perk.

I think only they got changed. The flashlight blind time is always the same now

Yea but 60% somehow means going from 1 second to 2.5 seconds
