Movement Glitch/Bug - Anyone else? Can't move forward.

Is anyone else experiencing a bug that stops you from running? It happens with both survivors and killer. The best way to get around it is to run diagnally by pressing up w + a or d for instance. There is a video of it happening previously to someone I found on youtube but I can record one myself if need be. It makes the game completely unplayable...

You will move forward and all the sudden stop moving. Obviously making running not a thing and leaving you completely exposed.
