How do killers nod?
I'm new to the game and I play on console. I tried googling but didn't find any answers. Does simply looking up, down, left or right nod a killers head? Thanks!

Only looking up and down nods your head. Looking right or left will completely shift your body. in that direction. Otherwise your weapon would stay in the same place if you turned your head if you looked left/right.
