ive hooked survivors in the basement but it's not progressing is this a bug?

Mine is stuck 7/8 and isn't updating after hooking in basement.

Hook 8 survivors in the B challenge bugged?

After reaching 4/8 mine is stuck, I hooked like 10 times some survs with the trapper in the B and no progress, and more with several other killers.

Just found this out the hard way my last game. Had 5 basement hooks only to find out post game that I got no challenge progress. SMH

mine has been bugged since I started on it, I've def got around 4 hooks in the basement and no progression

Tome hook surivor at basement

is someone have problem same with me??
i'm already hook more than 4 time for finish my tome but it's never increase or finish
i just need more 4 hook but already do it more than 4 hook at basement
it's error or something?? can someone tell me?
