Uncleansable Totem on Coldwind Farm
Title speaks for itself

Totem is on Coldwind Farm - Rotten Fields. Three of us tried to cleanse it but it looks like the area is too tight.

Not surprising, there's a lot of bugs right now. Last patch was rushed out. Killers also can't break some pallets from one side and there are apparently holes in some maps.

Had this happen on Autohaven I believe. There was a totem tucked into one of those garbage piles around the gens in the center of the map. Couldn't cleanse until I approached it from a specific angle.
