But it's not hapening any time soon bc these skins almost rival the cost of the game itself! On a sale. But who in their right mind would buy dbd without a sale... Same people who buy those skins at full price, prob.
Don't mind me, just venting.
...it's just that it's almost getting to be like Train Simulator in DLC. Okay maybe not that bad, but still pretty silly.
Sry I didn't mean it as an offence! If you can afford it this is your right and it's cool. I personally was raised w/ diff spending priorities, so to me it's a little bit over the top to pay for a game of this quality plus killer dlcs at its full price and still have to deal w/ skins that cost like a dlc as well. I'd prefer to spend this much money irl :D
A monster in Evolve, had more effort put into it than almost all of this entire game has or at least their killer DLC w/ all the perks, and they asked $14 for them and gamers lost their ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mind about how overpriced that was.
Yet $15 and they can't be bothered to make it look like it's head isn't made of paper mache and no one bats an eye.
Not knocking on anyone for it if they do, but all the cosmetics in this game are overpriced; and folks are wondering when a hotfix might come and their twitter is just like a wall of skin advertisements.
Even for someone with heaps of money, I cannot understand paying that much for something with so little value.
I'd pay maybe $1 for a good skin, $2 for
an exceptional one.
Given the quality of the game, it could be argued that is like putting $15000 rims on a $10000 car.
that's waaay too much work lol
There are people, that buy card packs in every new fifa game, even when they know next year a new version of the same game gets released. And don't get me started on call of duty.
They can do what they want with their money.
That relatively common trait is exactly why so many people can be fleeced and these "services" can work. Hence, the $15 skins.
No nurse skin doe.
It'd take a long time to get to that point assuming they continue trying to do new stuff every 3 months, that'd be 4 DLCs a year. And considering they're willing to ship it unfinished, don't expect any less, but possibly expect more if they continue money and the publishers decide to keep it up.
