How are nurses so fast?

their base movement speed = 3.8m/sec, a survivor speed while running is 4.0m/sec. Correct? I know it is cause I double checked.
Another fact is that I never see these nurses use that addon to make them faster after a hit.
Also not using any perk like play with food to gain speed.
And before I get trolled, NO, we are NOT talking about her blinking speed, just plain running.

So my question here is How can I not outrun them?? What am I missing? We are talking about running in a straight line here, they always gain on me somehow. I have seen so many nurses at this point that can do this and I cannot figure it out.

EDIT PLEASE READ: since this thread got so much traction by debunkers all the time. IT IS NOT BLOODLUST. I know how to play the game and I know its mechanics. it is also NOT AN ADDON... it is also NOT A PERK... it is also NOT her blink.

A single clip isn't exactly proof that there's so many hack nurses that you're runing into them literally every game. Do they exist? Sure. Is it why nurse is catching up to you every time you see one? probably not.

a single clip? my dude, I just picked a random one... theres plenty on youtube, go have a look. Anyway we are going offtrack here. I understand your side if you really never saw one of these nurses before, but that does not give you the right to just dismiss anything I say :) I just won against a nurse just now, so Its not all of them ofcourse. THAT is exactly why it is more suspicious why it is only on some nurses and not all. if it were all I would be 100% on your side, that I'm just being stupid. Anyway :) Im recording every game I play now, so... I bet it will take a 1000 games before I see another one now xD

Lunge (6.9 m/s)? or she already had bloodlust. Did you have any way of knowing she wasn't in a chase for the last minute?

A non-blinking speed-hacking r1 nurse is going to stick out like a sore thumb anyway. I doubt there's as many as you say.

Sure there are cheaters outhere, if u think they cheat just record, I highly doubt tho that you've faced several hacking nurses in a row though.
Those things happen once in a while usually.

Why didn't you record yourself if you keep getting all of these speedsters in all of your matches? I mean besides that you beat one of them, and that's your proof that one wasn't speeding. The ones you lost to, were apparently.

Well it kinda is possible, and it confirms my suspicions of atleast the last nurse I had just now. She always knew exactly where I was, also without any Aura perks or sound perks nor addons to tell er my possible location. Again... I always check after the game what they have perked and addoned. So I call hacks.

It is not a speedhacking nurse, but here is a lagswitcher, just to show u guys im not bad or crazy... thats just a few games after the nurse I encountered. I know how to call out a hacker or exploiter.
