why does the game crash every now and then.

man i have got so irritated of me crashing while playing my best matches. somebody help i tried verifying files and repairing eac but nothing helps every 20 or 30 matches once it crashes. Also after it crashes game refuses to close and have to close it using task manager and if i do it, i get de pipped and my bloodpoints are not awarded. please add some mechanism to differentiate between rage quit and crashing also make the game shutdown completely after crashing. i got so irritated as last game i was against some rank 1 swf as blight and nearly got em all and my game crash when i was about to make the final blow on the last survivor.
