I'm not sure about specific killers, but Franklin's Demise is a good perk that will make survivors drop their items, very good against flashlight squads.

You should define "toxic" because it depends.

People cry about survivors doing generators efficiently and call that "toxic". Deathslinger won't be much help in this situation, Spirit probably would.

People cry about survivors going for flashlight saves, body blocks and pallet saves and call that "toxic". Your killer doesn't really matter as much as your perks in this situation. Bubba can help if they are swarming you after getting the hook.

People cry about survivors sitting in the exits teabagging and call that "toxic". Deathslinger or Twins help here, Bubba probably won't do much.

People cry about survivors using lots of pallets and windows in chase and call that "toxic". Nurse, Deathslinger or Nemesis might help.

People cry about survivors using keys to escape through the hatch and call that "toxic". Franklins Demise helps, as do killers who are mobile or can down quickly.

People cry about survivor players taunting them in end game chat after escaping and call that "toxic". Basement Bubba is just what those survivors deserve.

You have some kind of hack that lets you change killers in the lobby? Because the game doesn't allow you to change a killers once you started the queue. Only hackers can do that.
Or are you going to pick your "anti toxic swf" killer in advance? Are you saying that you have some kind of psychic powers and can tell if you will get toxic survivors?

Ghostface can be good and very butthurt-inducing if you learn to consistently get the jump on them. They tend to stick together, so they can get marked together, if you pull it off you can snowball and time your marks, then slug the crap out of them and hang them one by one, but you might as well learn nurse than pull it off reliably.

GF vs swf team on comms is the weakes killer in the game.
