pyramid head fits perfectly with the rules you put:
- he has a mori built into his power
- doesnt bother hooking survivors
- extremely good at facecamping because of double hit mechanic with his power
ass might be too big to be sigma though, it brings a lot of attention

Trapper. Doesn't need to hit survivors at all. Lets survivors wreck themselves. Outsmarts virgin survivors and puts them on the virgin hooks. Gets called D-tier killer, and doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about it.
