Happy about Key/Hatch
I don't even care about keys/hatch/the changes as a killer. Just super stoked as a solo survivor I'm not going to get shafted by a 2-man SWF with a key that leaves me to die anymore.

Can i ask what is the change of it?

It will no longer spawn unless only one person remains. No pre-finding the hatch and no more hatch camping. Keys will open a hatch the killer has closed, but will take time to open. Basically keys are now for reopening the hatch once the killer has closed it. Not for getting a 3 man escape at 1 gen.

Hatch will not spawn if more than 1 survivor is alive. When killer closes hatch, it will take a few seconds to open with a key.

Another addition that's positive with it is... No more situations where killer knows where hatch is while 2 people are alive, so slugging to search for it, or camp it, no longer effective. The hatch will truly be a 50/50 thing, who finds it first.

Except that you can still find it with a bug. Not sure if they fixed it though since it's been around like forever. Did you know that invisible hatches has a collision box that both survivor and killer can run into or onto? So, as long as the bug is in the game, no hatch will really be a 50/50, it's more like 25/25/25/25

Well, finding hatch through this bug is more luck and guesswork of where hatch spawn so who knows. Maybe it won't have that large of an effect

Can blight still bounce into it? Thought they fixed that for that exact reason.

They only fixed one part of the bug, you can still find the hatch and seeing; As a killer when you stand ontop of the hatch, you'll magically levitate off of the ground, so if you walk over a hatch you'll suddenly find your elevation raises for a little bit then back down when you walk off the hatch. Survivor can find the hatch the same way except that they'll see the survivor suddenly levitate off the ground from their screen then back to the ground when they walk off

lol yeah, cause that's totally a epidemic...I've probably had that happen to me 5 times in my 7,000 hours. If anything, key users are usually pretty altruistic and will try to lead others to the hatch.

I know, but I've also encountered situations like beside hatch where I get that elevation as if it's there invisible, only for it to not show up there, so it's only a semi reliable bug, and well, hopefully it has been, or will get resolved.

Key nerf is too much... They made the key and the hatch almost useless.

Well, they made mori almost useless and people also said the nerf is too much. Potato, potahto. Both mori and key should've been nerfed together a long time ago, so just take the damn L

Key nerf is fine, besides, nothing changes, you will still get shafted by a swf if one of em dies, he will merely watch you and tell his mate how to sell you out for the hatch x)
