Desperate Measures

"For each injured, hooked, and dying Survivor, increase the speed of your healing and unhook actions by 10/12/14%."

Does this apply to Self Care self-healing speed without a medkit?

"speed of your healing". It doesn't specify "Only when healing others".

Yeah, i think it also applies to you, so selfcare could be great again with that perk combo lmao

I've tested it, and yes it applies to self-care. If the entire team is injured you can self-care without a medkit relatively fast
