Doctor also builds VERY unconventionally.
You do not need ANY Tracking perks on him (his ability does that perfectly). Distressing and Unnerving Pressence work REALLY well on him since you want a good terror radius on him.
Nurse's Calling is a pretty good general tracking perk too.
Also depends on the killer you’re playing. Some killers work better with that one perk than the others. Myers is nice with MnA, Ghostface is strong with Nurses calling, and Wraith can stack PWYF quickly.
Or if you’re looking for universally strong perks : BBQ, Agitation, PGTW are all great.
