All you really need for pig (or any stealth killer) is spine chill. They should never hit you again unless you aren't paying any attention whatsoever
She'll crouch walk to a wall where she hears a survivor working on a generator, then quickly uncrouch, and grab them off a generator. A good survivor will hear the blade unsheathing and quickly stop pressing M1 so they don't get pulled.
The reason Pigs do this is because it's a chance at two free health states, but you get a guaranteed hit if they get off the generator. Spine Chill can help against that. Her ambush attack is something better used at loops.
There's not really any perks that specifically counter her power because it can be played in two different ways. Generally helmets are there to give you a second objective, so as long as you focus on removing the helmet and avoid her, a Pig will usually leave you alone in that situation. The whole point of it is to keep you off generators.
A tunneling Pig is something that you can't really counter, especially if she's using Tampered Timer or exhaustion add-ons. If she uses Tampered Timer with extra box searching time or an extra box add-on then at least two of you are going to die from traps.
Crab/moon walking to a gen when you know the survivors are immersing with spine chill is the easiest thing to do, and since survs that use that perk get so accustomed to it that they dont pay attention if it isn't lit up, they're the easiest to catch off guard. You just need to make an educated guess on which gen they're going to be on
