Opinions on Detective Tapp perks?

In my opinion devs do not have too many ideas for the perks and Tapp's perks are not too good.

Stakeout rewards people who actually can stealth a killer. (well except the killer is running overcharge)
detective's hunch is kinda like BBQ without range restrictions, so its OP and should be deleted.
just kidding its quite nice. though the totem part.... might be frustating for killers.

tenacity is... survivors shouldnt get found and downed in the first place ;P

I like Stake Out, and to an extent Detective's Hunch.

But Tenacity can go die.

i think tenacity is really good, and you also can combine it with unbreakable :)
