Why killers do not use Red Envelope offering?

They usually take Survivor Pudding. But why not event offering?

A lot of them aren't getting it, it's entirely random if it shows up or not and it's even more uncommon if they've presitiged at all.

Also the pudding stacks a lot with the points they get from the other people using the envelope.

Probably because they don't play David, Feng or Huntress so there is no incentive for them to burn these offerings

Red Envelope offering is in every new bloodweb. How can not they have it, lol + if you don't bring the offering, you don't get the bonus BP what I noticed so far.

It isn't in every new bloodweb, that's how. I've no idea why you think it is, it's only a common offering.

It's supposed to be in every bloodweb. I got 1 in 6 Levels for Feng,

Psychology. Why spend BP on one for yourself if someone else might bring one? I played killer last night and out of 5 games I was the only one to bring an envelope, no survivors brought one.

To get the offerings, I'm leveling up new killers with not a lot of perks. Which means I can't up against full flashlight or toolbox squads like i normally would. Killers are picky probably because survivors could troll the killer with the hook if they honestly wanted to

its not. i went trough 3-4 new bloodwebs before getting the first red envelope

They said it was in every Bloodweb but i've had a fair few levels in which none appear.

I got the offering in every bloodweb, lvl 20+ even lvl 50+, so that's why I assumed that it should work the same for others too. My bad then. Might just be a bug

On each lvl 50 bloodweb it gves you only 1. So don't expect anyone to have ridiculous amount of it

1-3, I’ve rarely gotten 3 stacks before and sometimes 2.

I spent 1 million blood points last night, didn't see 1 red envelope. I was actually wondering how you get red envelopes. I don't even know what it looks like.

EDIT: nevemind, went back and checked. It's a common offering, I have a bunch. IT'S A BROWN COMMON OFFERING NOT RED!!!!
