if the killer don't use any obsession perk, and there are an obsession in the match that means someone run DS, so... that, not really need know IF YOU have it, but he know someone have it.

Here's a better idea, wield Decisive Strike and never act like an imbecile and play the game as you do. The Killer might as well think you don't have a Decisive Strike and will most likely give the chances even.

Yea the majority either throw themselves at you or act cocky till they no longer have ds.

DS is really not something that is used as much as a anti-tunneling perk as its now meant to be. ( The devs did not even consider it a perk for that till years later when they changed it. ) It still needs adjustments to make it into a real anti-tunnel perk instead of the current Benny Hill style stuff survivors use it for. ( That is a reference that I doubt a lot of people here will get.. )
It should turn off when you hit another survivor, it would be anti tunneling then
Well I have mentioned this stuff several times before.. But my opinion..

DS should turn off if the one who has it is healed, starts working on a gen, or another survivor is hooked. These are things I feel need to be changed. However this is of course just my opinion.

Yes - if they have no obession perk and you are obession and not running OOO.

There are other perks that makes you obsession tho. I personally use "For the People" without DS, which is actually funny since killers don't pick me up thinking i have DS :D

if the survivor being Aggressive after being unhooked, hopping in a locker, or extra brave..odds are they have DS..but honestly even when a survivor does not have DS..well they can pretend they do..so technically you either got to not tunnel, Camp the body or take the DS lol.

People love to gain advantage, no matter the cost, and will gladly abuse the intentions behind the design without giving a ... You know, what.

Every single match has one, in hella rare cases, they don't have any.
I'd bet, it's being used in over 90 % of the matches, which is about 20 % more than the famous old Hex: Ruin.

I can't wait for the statistics!

My problem with that perk isn't that I can't tell who does and does not have it. It's that I can absolutely tell who has it most of the time.

If they're doing anything other than trying to get out of my sight or to a loop, then I know they have DS because they're cocky and know that if I eat a DS it could potentially screw over my momentum.

I don't personally see DS every single game. It's certainly not the most common survivor perk, but the reason people tell you to proceed with caution is because eating a DS you aren't prepared to eat can mess your game up.

If there's an obsession in your game who isn't running Object of Obsession, and you're not running an obsession perk as the killer yourself, its DS.
It could be Mettle of Man.

Yeah, it could be for the people, too, but let's be honest: DS is a high probability
Yeah, I pretty much always assume Survivors have it. Tho a lot of the time if I slug it's also cuz I don't want to be an ass and hook the same survivor twice in a row unless the game is really close, so slugging buys me more time.

Or just eat the DS if it's early to get it out of the way for later when it really matters.

If there is an obsession, assume there's at least one person with DS.
Also, if the unhooked person "lets" you catch them again, they probs have DS :)

''even though i did my best to escape (its not like i tried to get hit) ''

i especially wrote this part to avoid comments like yours.

If there is an obsession you can assume the player probably has DS.
And on top of being one of the best perk, you don't even know if the 3 others have it.
You can fake going in the locker and it is 50/50, he opens the locker get ds'ed and lose a lot of time, he opens it and you don't have it rip, he doesn't open it and you are safe.
But hey it is an "anti tunneling" perk, cause you know 1 min of invulnerability is fine, just go on a gen and you can call the killer tunneler when he gets you.

Isn't that an alternate account? Didn't you get banned before? Your name and seems familiar and you have the exact same user image as a guy i've seen who got banned.
