The Attractions stun time is decreased a little less now and his stealth mode attack no longer instantly downs survivors but apply's the broken effect and can't put them into dying states!

Overwelming eyes:
When in the survivor Vision radius you move 3%/3%/0% slower
When outside the survivors vision radius, the fog increases slightly/slightly/considerably
And you do Pallet breaks,vault,gen kicks 5%/10%/15% faster
This perk was based on the way springtrap freezes when you stare at him on the original third game

Mechanical Error:
The entity has given you the power to sabotage the Machines around you, reminding you of were you came from
Skillchecks have a 20%/25%/30% increased chances of appearing
Skillchecks are slightly/considerably/considerably harder now
And skillchecks are slightly more unpredictable
If a survivor Gets a good Counter clock, Far away, or moving skillcheck he gets extra 8%/5%/3% bloodpoints on objectives for the rest of the match
If a survivor fails the skillcheck he will recieve the oblivious status effect for 20/25/30 seconds
And you will move 3% faster for 3/6/10 seconds
This is based on the way springtrap moves faster towards you when you are having a ventilation error on the third game as well as you dont feel him coming
