Unbreakable used twice in one game?

I sometimes watch vods of games I'm in who twitch stream, and I noticed someone using unbreakable twice in one game. Is that a hack or some sort of bug?

If they're running Soul Guard and are affected by a hex, that would be the issue

There were a couple threads awhile ago saying that unbreakable was bugged and could be used twice a game. I can't confirm this though as I don't use it.

I saw this live yesterday, without soul guard. A random in my game used unbreakable twice and nothing else that would effect reviving herself from dying state.

I've had this happen to me in 2 different games.
Not sure what caused the bug, but I was able to use unbreakable 3 times in both those games and I don't run sole guard.
It's a bug.

Was one of those games where 2 people were using Object of Obsession, and the person I left on the ground was the obsession. I had dark devotion so I was finally invisible when I hit her and went off looking for others.

Unbreakable is bugged now and i'm guessing it was when Soul Guard was introduced. Somehow Unbreakable got the ability to pick yourself up a potentially infinite amount of times like Soul Guard because the devs are good at coding.

Its not always, like I said, it's only happened to me twice and I've had multiple oppportunities for it to occur again but it hasn't.
I'm not sure what causes it to occur.
I did just watch it happen with another survivor on my team though.
