Avoid all her purple addons if you can.
But at first: Please learn to play nurse without addons so you know how her blinks works, how far you can teleport, etc. Otherwise it will confuse you if you play games with addons and then without ...
that or run the yellow one for +1 with a downside and combine it with the brown one to compensate for that.
but don't use 3 blinks. 1. you dont need it. 2. you either gonna get used to it and get worse with 2 blinks, or forget you have a third one most of the time
The main problem with those add ons is that they're incredibly addicting.
On the bloodweb as you unlock more perks prioritize them.
Charge speed add-ons and Pocket Watch (reduced fatigue) for high-obstacle chases.
Extra blinks and blink movement speed add-ons for less/easily fixed mistakes.
Distance add-ons are generally the easiest and most rewarding, since they give very good benefits and essentially no drawbacks (reduced accuracy is totally meaningless, and will never throw you off your intended landing destination).
Don't ever let more than 1 of your blink stats get reduced below the default value, especially number of blinks and fatigue time.
(I wrote a guide on using Nurse add-ons, might as well mention that here as shameless advertising.)
