How to reduce this to potato level graphics

Had troubles running this on the lowest settings and considering a reinstall. Little help turning this game into mash potatoes?

change PC from wood to potato then it will work.

You'll have to change settings outside the game. The in-game menu is missing a lot of graphics options.

get a better computer, GG EZ (nah but there is a guide to lower the graphic even more)

It's so blurry I couldn't even see faces and everything looked like sprites.
