Yes, cuz people were playing super scummy and farming other players. Not to mention killers had no real equivalent.

As if that didn't happen in droves since the game was released.

We're Gonna Meme Forever did indeed get a thorough beating with the nerfbat along with Borrowed Memes.

Sure, but in encourages farming other survivors for stacks. also, for farming points, it was easier to play survivor wiht WGLF than killer, leading to an decrease in killers. Because usually, total point count is good for killers, but you can have it easier with WGLF

Not really.

This is a game with 19 characters, that each have around 300 levels just to max out one character, with one level taking an average of three matches to complete.

3 matches for 30k bp ? That's super low. I usually get 30 to 40k per match with the perk bonuses + offerings.

It incentivized me to save others though. I used to get around 80-90k per match now i average 30k

Im less interested in helping others now, although i can see WHY they'd nerf it. BUT in a game where bloodpoints (MASSIVE amounts) are needed to lvl up and there are STILL more important issues *DCing not getting punished, and campers* Its much harder to lvl up other characters

Well, I love the grind. :D
There was a time before WGLF, and there is a time after WGLF. also, it expands the time, you can play before having maxed out everything :)

I'm not talking about perks and offerings.

An average survivor gets around 15-20k per game if they successfully escape.
Killer gets around 20k.

The grind is arguably just as bad as it used to be, since 8 more characters have been introduced since the change.

What they need to do is increase BP in general. Like 2x the normal BP should be the norm, imo. To make up for the introduction of so many characters.

This would make people who grinded for their prestiges a bit unhappy, I guess...
