Sealed Envelope question

Is the Sealed Envelope offering a pesonal bonus?
I could have sword it said "personal" when I saw it pop up pre-loading screen, but I don't have one in my inventory to check it, and the wiki doesn't mention that. And after the last match I played, I definitely benefited from somebody else's Sealed Envelope along with my own offering. It struck me as weird when I got +4500 points from a 75% Boldness booster where I achieved like 1300 Boldness points. So I did the match and found out I had got +25% from every category as well.

Kind of odd considering the Bound Envelope is Rare (compared to the Sealed Uncommon) and grants a smaller bonus.

theres two envelopes. one personal one, its yellow, and a green one, thats for everyone

yeah. Yellow is Sealed, green is Bound.
Bound should be 15% for everyone.
Sealed should be 25% for one person. But in my last match the Sealed gave me 25% when somebody else used it, so I'm assuming it applied to everyone. Is that a glitch then? Can anyone test and recreate it?

Twice today, got +25% points because someone else used the Sealed envelope, description says personal, but I guess it's bugged. No matter, more points for survivors, broken the good way :D
