How to insta kill?

I see that quite a few people can just instantly kill survivors when they down them,they don't even need to put them on the hooks.

There are three options for an insta kill:
Offerings, called moryis
Perk: devour hope
Addon for MM.

whats the addon for myers? I'm level 25 and havent seen it yet. I did get a ebony memento mori and killed 4 survivors in a match tho :)

There's two: Tombstone Piece and Judith's Tombstone. The difference between the two is that Tombstone Piece forces you out of EW3 after killing a survivor, whereas Judith's Tombstone does not.
