Best killer for insidious playstyle?
First off, I do not care about survivor hate when it comes to camping. They are the enemy, so I'm fine with it.

The idea of being the spider waiting for the prey to come closer is awesome, and I'd like to embrace that with my good friend Insidious. I don't necessarily mean Insidious camping the hook, either. Any other situations are also worth mentioning.

What killer would benefit from that the most?

Hillbilly was always fun for me to use insidious with. Get some addons to get his chainsaw charge to be quick, have someone on the basement hook, then when someone comes to save them splatter their guts.

If you can pull off Tuft of Hair MM, then having Insidious would be downright, well..Insidious!

I'd like something pretty consistent, not reliant on addons.

Well, having EW3 suddenly go to nothing would be hilarious.

You don't need to rely on addons. Hillbilly can rev up the chainsaw quick enough in a pinch. Really, it doesn't matter which Killer you use it with, what matters is your ideal set up for a trap.

What about Hag? The spiderweb concept of setting up a bunch of traps all within teleport range, hiding behind something semi tall (taking advantage of her height) and waiting?

I'd say to run anything but insidious so that you instead chase survivors and get more points.

I've got almost everything unlocked, not much need for points anymore. Survivor salt sustenance is my main goal here

Hillbilly would be my pick.

He's one of those guys that doesn't understand not every killers want points, and that most wanna kill. He also doesn't understand Camping was intended by the devs from the very start.

How dare the killer use an intended part of the game for its intended use!
It is easily countered by Premonition, Spinechill, kindred and your eyes.
But no, just continue to cry about it.
