Used it 10 times in a row and even though they are in the field it still whiffs more often then not in chases.
Survivors are also easier to hit if injured. You have more range and your shock is wider.
Treatment mode is not for chasing, punishment mode is for chasing, which is a common mistake I see among people playing the doctor.
If its a bug, then the doctor is 100% useless.
But before I hit him, I sent out shocks at like a 2 meter range and couldn't hit him at all...
Great. Waste more time. Since it does NOTHING to help you chase the looper. Good survivors completely ignore madness.
What else can you do against a looper as the Doc anyway? Might as well shock the looper so he can't heal or repair later
