What is the break action?
might sound silly to ask, cause its probably obvious, is it the actual action of breaking a pallet? kicking a gen? both?

In what context exactly? If your asking about the keybind for "break" yes its both breaking a gen and a pallet

for fengs new perk it says "When the killer performs a break action"

what exactly are those break actions?

Ahh, thats when the killer damages a generator, you'll see which one was broken

When he damages a gen or breaks a pallet you will see him.
