DBD shuts down my PC
My PC keeps shutting down whenever i find a match.
It happened sometimes in the past, even if i was using other programs and not DBD, but really really rare case. But since few days it happens only just with DBD. And i can barely do 1-3 matches per day; and it is so annoying since i wanna really improve.

I find a lobby, the match is going to start, the Pc shuts down, It gets a restart by its own, i open the game, i find another lobby and when the match is going to start the PC shuts down itself again.

It so frustrating to me, and i think even for my mates since the match should be canceled if a player disconnect theirself in the loading

I never had so much trouble with this game. Why now is this happening so many times?
I already set my Graphics from Ultra to High, but nothing changed.

vrified game files already?
reinstalled the game?
reinstalled steam?
checked for any updates for your pc?
it's extremely weird that a game causes your PC to shutdown
I'd go with what Melmoldt said and reinstall the game and check for PC / driver updates. Otherwise you could try posting on the official forums.
Does your PC meet the minimum requirements?

Sounds like a power supply issue

Your system specs?
Do you have BSOD when restart happens? If yes what message does it say?
Any other games do this?
Sounds like either a power supply issue or a heating issue.
When there is a crash or system restart or something, Windows creates a log for it. I dunno where you can find it, google it, and then please copy paste the error you got when this happened. Also please share your PC specs just to be sure.

Without that most likely problems can be hardware issues with power supply or memory, maybe hard drive.

You can try some basic problem solving, like verifying game cache, update/reinstall drivers, update BIOS, update Windows, etc.

If the problem persists, and the issue isn't with your hardware, and you can't fix it, reinstall your whole system.
Try putting a heavy load on your computer via a benchmark (I'd try to reinstall the game first) to see if its the game or ur rig
Sounds like power supply. I had very similar issue. No other game would do it (at first) for me.
Ignore everything people are saying here, if you want the real reason why your computer crashed then you'll want to take a look at your event viewer, it'll tell you for the most part, exactly why your computer crashed.

Be easier for you to just Google "event viewer" and follow the steps on how to get to that within Windows OS.

Once you've done that you can come back here and tell us what you have found and we can proceed.
used to happen on my old pc never found out why it did it
I reinstalled the game. I'll let you know if it keeps doing that

EDIT; Yes it does

Event viewer gave me this:

sounds like a problem with your pc
easiest thing to do is to check thermals

download and install speccy or any other program that shows you that kind of statstics and have it open while the game is up

could be either your powersupply is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the bed under load or cpu getting too hot
if it was gpu or the game itself you'd simply crash and restart not downright shutdown

It's hard to see with that picture, you can I'm sure click on each individual event that happened, you'll need to go back through the event and look at them and see what issues you are seeing up to a computer crash.
Msi afterburner is a free program that can have an overlay during gameplay. That can tell you how hot it may be running.

I second this, if you can provide us with temps you get during playing, we could find out what the problem is related to.
