Hemophobia Achievement doesn't work

I escaped Father Campbell's Chapel twice and didn't receive the achievement. I didn't get hit once or lose any blood. Not sure why I didn't get it though.

it's an old achievement and you HAVE to escape the Croteus Prenn Asylum. Chapel wasn't added until 2 years after nurse release

I wish BHVR would update the achievements lol like no mither make you drop no blood but that doesn't count either towards the achievement.
