Any stats on other areas of the map? For example, for farm, what are the chances that it will spawn next to the tractor?

The hatch spawn isn't entirely random, it has around 10-20 pre-determined places where it could appear on each map, so the probability of it to spawn in one exact place would be around 5-10%.
Can't give you more precise numbers though.
