Daddy Jake?

Alright, so Not_Queen, i was hoping you could help me answer this question as i tried to get this question answered before Mclean's segment, but was unlucky in that regard.
So my question is.... What ever happened to the brown undershirt Daddy Jake jacket that was in the headcase dlc before it got removed? Was it planned to be an anniversary rewards but got changed into the "old man jake"? I ask this because I'm a Jake main, and i really want that jacket to complete my look.

Also, any other Jake mains, please say. I don't know very many out there..
