Bought a Perk in the Shrine of Secrets, isn't showing up

So I bought my first perk in the Shrine and from what I've read it should become available to all of my Survivors immediately, but none of them have it. Am I missing something, or has the game screwed up somehow?

It can appear randomly on the bloodweb of all survivors , not right away.

You had to buy it in the bloodweb, it can take sometime!
I think you can Press F1 to see which teachables you have!

Its not an insta-unlock. By buying it in the shrine, you have made it possible to appear in characters' bloodwebs. You will still have to uncover it in their bloodwebs :)

when you get a perk from the shrine it can randomly appear at any moment whilst in the process of ranking up your characters it don't just pop up instantly for all characters.

You have to unlock them as you would other perks. You just purchased the ability for it to show up in all your survivor blood webs as you level them up.

1: Unlock the perk in the Shrine;
2: Unlock the "teachable perk" in the bloodweb of the character who the perk belongs to at lvl 30, 35, or 40 depending on which perk.
3: Only then can you get the perk on other characters.

well my answer was detailed enough lol.. we are talking about the shrine not talking about the whole level 30-40 bracket to unlock the perks. we didn't need an essay mate :)

It will have a chance to pop up in your bloodweb once you've hit the requisite level on that character. They don't always though, but tbh I think it might be weighted because I've always gotten them at the appropriate level.

it just will be a perk in your bloodweb. the perks you get there are randome and the amount of perks per web depends on your lvl (you can only get 1 every web) if i remember right after lvl 25 you get 2 each web or so...

You forgot to add "or" between 1 and 2.
And you forgot to say that it appears randomly in the bloodwebs like every perk.
