definition of sandbag?
Just had a game where, as gates were open, one person got hooked, myself and someone who was on Death hook split to try and go for a save. Person on death hook gets trapped near the hook, which gets killers attention, as I go and save the hooked player while she gets picked up. End of game she says I "Sandbagged her and the killer let me do it" I always though sandbagging was sort of like body blocking, staying in front of a window when someone needs to vault over it

Sandbagging is a term describing the event(s) where a survivor teams up with the Killer for points or other reasons. The person who called you a sandbagger is wrong, because she should have been more careful while on her death hook, while you did what you needed to do: Unhook the survivor

Actually you don't have to work with the killer to sandbag.
Sandbagging just means blocking a way so that the killer can hit the other suvivor, be it by bodyblocking, throwing down a pallet in his face while the killer is behind him, etc.

Sand bagging means to "hold back" or "block."

Body blocking or sand bagging to a hook is where the term needs to be used.
