Is There a way to attack the killer?

In DBD I always want to help my teammates but the only way to do that is if they are on the hook and need help, and most of the time the killer is staring at his/her/it's victim die. So is there a way to attack the killer?

No there isn't.

Pallet stun, flashlight or sabotaging the hook before he hooks.

Otherwise, no way to attack him directly.

Rage in the after game chat and comment on their steam profile. It'll make the killer not want to play any more games, thus less violence against your survivor comrades.

Flashlights can stun him, or forcing him to look away.
Pallets can stun him if you drop it on him.
Toolbox to disable the hooks.
(I don't talk about the perks)

And don't forget to play survivor to survive. If a mate die but you can escape, you should do so. Except if you really want to farm BP.

Decisive Strike, Pallet Stun, and Flashlight temporarily "disable" the killer for 1-5 seconds.

EDIT: I found a flashlight and stunned him making him drop the survivor and i also found 2 toolboxs and disabled 4 hooks. I won the game, best match ever. Blood Points = 33 113.

Other than using the flashlight and pallet stunning him, there is Decisive strike which is supposed to be seen as stabbing the killer to escape.

I was thinking they could add a ''weapon'', maybe a teaser that can stun the killer from behind which will buy some time for team mates to save players and prevent face camping.

You get ~20 pallets in each map,instant flash lights,infinite amount of heals,Toolboxes which repeair generators faster, believe me you don't need teaser. if they implemented one it wouldn't be used for camping but more to screw up with the killers and make them even bigger clowns then they are at this very moment.
