I meant the color pallet from windows to load for the game.
No need to insult anyone if they try to help you. Also your question isn't clear enough.
There is no way to change any color regarding Dead by Daylight. EAC might ban you for altering game files.
If you mean the overlay... How about using google? If it's not game related, why ask it here? You can find everything on google how you change the color pallet on Windows 7.
I have windows 7 and there isn't even any color at all if I start DBD. Just the window of DBD, nothing else. Be more specific.

Here. Changed my windows color to pink and it's the same. It doesn't depend on your windows 7 color setting. This is the window you get when you start Dead by Daylight and the colors don't change.
