Delirious mask

just had a game with a trapper who had the H20 Delirious mask (wasnt him) after the game i asked him how he got the mask, he said from a give away... i dont belive him so i asked him from who and then he left the lobby, did Delirous do a give away for that mask? if not i send an e-mail to the devs with his profile, i also have a screenshoot from the chat.

Using examples that could otherwise incriminate you, doesn't seem like a viably good idea.
You can try reporting them, if you really want to, but, why not just google if they did do a give away of the mask?

I dont think you can hack exclusives since its s skin in steam inventory.
Like prestige and legacy outfits arent items in steam
