I think actually its quiet the opposite, it would be a violation of the rules to not tunnel in that case. After all, the Killer is obligated to follow the survivors wishes. And if a survivor goes clicky, what else can that mean besides him demanding my attention? So i feel like denying him or her that attention would be the rule violation.

Or what you can do is just ignore it as killer and find someone else to go after. Its what I do. Saves me the stress of playing killer. They do it to get under your skin and from the looks of it its working. Just pay them no mind and play your game. Clicky clicky could mean their good at looping. Not worth going in a chase for that long.

Keep in mind that sometimes it'll be an swf group and the person trying to bait you may be the most confident in their chasing skills or the most experienced of the bunch. Seems to be happening very frequently at the moment that a red rank survivor carries a bunch of his newbie buddies.
