Most fun (Once you learn him) = Oni
Most bloodpoints per match = Doctor
Doctor is great for low rank (rank 20-rank 10) smashing and bloodpoints, but besides that he's only good at tracking IMO, not that good in a chase.
Doc is very reliant on a "build" with perks and add-ons and so on. Same as Pig.
Also, if what you're saying is true then that's another strike against him. I don't care for playing as killers when I absolutely HAVE to use specific perks or addons in order for them to be functional/viable to use.
I play for fun, not rank.
I'll list the Survivors' perks + my thoughts on them, and then rank the Survivors based on that. If you want to see what exactly each perk does, I believe you can see them in the in-game store.
Remember, Adam = Spirit's Survivor, Yui = Oni's Survivor, and Feng = Doctor's Survivor.
Perks:
1. Deliverance (Adam): Definitely his best perk. Great for getting yourself out of a tight situation when your teammates can't save you from the hook. 9/10
2. Diversion (Adam): Not a very good perk. Requires you to hide for a long time and the reward isn't that great. 4/10
3. Autodidact (Adam): This perk can sometimes be detrimental to your teammates (If you get a skill check while healing someone as the Killer is coming to you) and isn't that good unless you're able to heal several people early in the game. Only decent with perks that synergize with it. 3/10
4. Lucky Break (Yui): Good for stealth, but isn't good on its own. Like Autodidact, you have to use other perks to make it better, but it is SIGNIFICANTLY better than Autodidact. 6/10
5. Any Means Necessary (Yui): Good in theory, but you hardly ever get to use it because most Killers break good pallets right away and the bad pallets aren't very useful. 5/10
6. Breakout (Yui): Only good if you're if you're playing in a Survive With Friends team or if you're running Saboteur + taking hits for someone on the Killer's shoulder. Once again, requires other perks to reach its full potential. 6/10
7. Technician (Feng): Only good for new players because experienced players won't mess up skill checks very often. 2/10 if you're experienced, 7/10 if you're new to the game.
8. Lithe (Feng): VERY good perk. This perk can give you a head start in a chase or help you make it to another pallet loop, saving you from getting hit or hooked and making the Killer waste extra time chasing you. 9/10
9. Alert (Feng): Very underrated perk. Gives you important information about the Killer's location and can even help you mind-game the Killer mid-chase. Not amazing by any means, but a very solid perk nonetheless. 7/10
There you have it. In terms of perks, this is how I would rank these 3 Survivors:
1. Feng/Doctor's Survivor (Best perks)
2. Yui/Oni's Survivor (Best lore)
3. Adam/Spirit's Survivor (Best screams because the other 2 will probably deafen you)
