Fing's engineer perk (the one that reduces gen sound and give chance to not make noise on fail)
Spine chill is more of a chase perk because it gives you vaulting speed, the slight boost helps some people escape and come in clutch and if you try to hide you might be facing the wrong direction and get caught even faster
Premonition literally tells you the direction of the killer while spine chill doesn't, lvl 1 it sucks but every 30 seconds at lvl 3 is manageable you can use ubran evasion to sneak the opposite way and watch them open lockers,
just make sure you move your camera around to watch all the directions
I suck at this and get caught easy in chases but i win pretty often with just urban and premonition and hiding i made it to red ranks winning occasionally without ever getting hooked.
