google something like internet stability test and do a test to see if the problem is on your end.
Because that is veeeery likely, since the rest of us do not experience this.
after finding out this is the case and you can not fix this yourself. (cause might be changes near your wired internet cable, such it beeing poorly shielded or not shielded at all and having a tv cable or a powercable to close to it) Next what I can think of is a malfunctioning router / modem or the even the wifi in your own pc.
But this is hard and maybe costly to figure out on your own. Call your internet provider and tell them you have an unstable connection and that you want to fix it. They should be able to guide you through the next steps and perhaps send someone over.
