Now without caps and in a semi-detailed version of this:
Pyramid Head is balanced, albeit I tend to play Killer more than Survivor (Yes yes, go on, tell me how my opinion doesn't matter because I'm Killer Biased and whatnot), I sometimes see how they'll end up escaping my range ability because they'll dodge it or.. y'know, RUN on the oposite direction because of his ability that STOPS you mid movement + 1/2 second recharge so you can move again.
