Anything that could be strong and effective, is not stackable/usable together.
Yeahhh.. I would take that with a grain of salt. Lots of Add-ons that don't have that tag actually do stack.
If you really want to know, referring to the Wiki is the best place.
I didn't say that those Add-ons in particular stack, just that some do when saying they don't. Lots of Doctor Add-ons for example.
If the Wiki stacking differs from the in-game stacking, it's because the in-game one is incorrect.
It's usually not that they originally didn't stack and now do, they always did, the devs just didn't add the tag.
Anyways, the Wiki will now highlight it in blue colour if an Add-on stacks albeit the in-game description not saying so.
