How to blind killers that look up?

Is there a trick to it? It doesn't matter what flash I'm using, if the killer is looking completely up, I can't seem to blind them no matter what I do.

Any ideas?

Well, at this point I've long learned the game and have no problem getting around to these things.

I managed to see a 4years necromancing and it was amazing. Only after 1 day was when people realized the thread was 4 years ago lol. This wasnt in DbD btw.
