Which flashlight addon combination blinds faster?

Is it Odd Buld + Intense Halogen or is it Odd Buld + High-End Sapphire Lens?

Because I feel there's a noticable difference between some "insta"-flashlights. It's either because of the survivor's aim or it's because of the addon combo they go with (which I think is more likely).

Well that's a given.

Haven't really played survivor in a long time, just asked because some survivors are literally able to blind me instantly with a purple flashlight + addons while others don't and their blinds feel like green flashlights without addons despite them using a purple flashlight + addons. I never really pay attention to what green addons they are taking, I only take a look at the colors in the tally screen to judge if it really was a strong flashlight or not.

Doesn't really answer my question, but good to know I'm not the only one using Lightborn (very underrated vs flashlights imo).

Yea, I really don't use flashlights in such a manner, so I wasn't sure, I just responded from my perspective as a killer main. :P
